Wedding/Civil Union Ceremony Request Form
To request permission to hold a wedding or civil union on one of Lewes Beaches or Parks, please complete this form and submit with the applicable fee to: Elaine Pease, PO Box 227, Lewes DE 19958, (302) 645-7777 x100, Fax (302) 645-6406, epease@ci.lewes.de.us.
As of December 1, 2012 fees are: $400.00 in the Canalfront Park, $200.00 in all other parks or beaches.

Bonfire Request Form

Candidate Filing Form
In order to run for Mayor or City Council, you must complete this form and hand-deliver to City Manager Paul Eckrich, 114 E Third Street, Lewes DE 19958.
Filing beings February 1, 2013 and the last day to file is April 4, 2013 at 4:30pm.
There will be two (2) Council seats availalbe in the 2013 election. The election will be held on Saturday May 11, 2013.
