Council considers future use of library building


The City of Lewes will consider future use of the current Lewes Public Library. This city owned building located at 111 Adams Avenue in Lewes at Stango Park is approximately 14,500 square feet on two floors with an elevator and adjacent parking for 44 cars. It is currently anticipated that the building will be available for lease on or about July 1, 2016.  The building was built in two phases, enjoys an excellent location within the city and is suitable for office or commercial use.
